At the core of the MS sonxTOP series is the patented MS preciSer servodrive. It enables exceptional movement and control accuracy and ensures maximum weld seam strength and reproducible results — even with sensitive material combinations.

Servoelectric and dynamically controlled motion profiles reduce cycle times by up to 25 % compared to pneumatic ultrasonic systems. At the same time, precise force, displacement, and speed control increases the good part rate in series applications to up to 99.6 %.
